If you’re going to install Windows 11 in a Hyper-V VM, make sure that you choose Windows 11 Pro; Windows 11 Home doesn’t allow clipboard and file redirection.
In addition, make sure that Enhanced Session Mode Policy under Server and Enhanced Session Mode under User are enabled in the Hyper-V settings.
